Email us with a photo and we replace the toy at no cost. There is no limit and no return shipping. We also flag your account so future boxes lean toward our tougher line.
Three sizes: under 20 lbs, 20 to 50 lbs, and over 50 lbs. You set it at signup and can change it any time before your next box ships.
Monthly is $34 a box. Six-month plans are $29 and twelve-month plans are $27. Shipping is free on every plan, and there is no signup fee.
Skip from your account up to three days before your renewal date. Skipped months push your plan out rather than cancelling it. There is no limit on skips.
Account, then Membership, then Cancel. It takes about four clicks and there is no phone call. Prepaid plans run out the months you already paid for.
All fifty US states, plus Canada. US shipping is free and takes three to six days. Canadian orders add a flat $8 and clear customs on our side.
